Super Easy Lunch For School
Today, I am making a really easy lunch you can pack for school. It is quick, easy, and healthy. In this picture I have the lunch I packed. So it is basically a small salad, strawberries, mango, puppy chow (chex mix coated in chocolate and covered in powdered sugar), and thin addictives (cranberry almond thins). I already had some of those snacks in my fridge and pantry, so I just used what I had. You can go off of the lunch i’m making but add your own foods to it. Let’s get started on the salad.

These are the ingredients that you will need for the salad. The first thing that I bought was a pack of baby spinach from the store, then I bought a tomato, and last of all my favorite, Mozzarella cheese. I bought the sliced mozzarella because it was easier to cut for the salad.
After I cut the spinach, tomato, and cheese. I just put them into a container and that was my caprese salad.
Lastly for the lunch, I just picked out my snacks and I cut up some strawberries, and mango. I put all the things in my lunch and packed it for school.
